Original trendy boutique hotel. Great and fab location in nice little area, adjacent to the centre of town and oban distillery and the sea front. The rooms with great views as well as the bedroom. A special thanks to the employees at the reception desk...

The rooms are modern and clean. The location directly at the harbour is very central and you are right in the middle of the action.

The hotel is very centrally located in Oban. One tries very hard to be exclusive, but it doesn't quite do it justice. The staff is a bit awkward and does not try very hard.
We had booked a superior room and received a small room next to the laundry room. When we asked, we were told that this was the room we had ordered. I wonder what does a standard room look like? The hotel is just too expensive.

The room was very comfortable, bed very large and comfortable. Bathroom very nice and bright. The location is great, if you come by car there is a parking lot for 5 pounds a day right next to the hotel.
The windows are unfortunately not tight, from the bathroom often comes a light, clear breeze (in winter). We were there in December and therefore it was not easy to keep the room at a good temperature.

Location
old rooms, sloping floors. cracking paint, noisy creaking bed. We have stayed here for 20 years and watched it deteriorate gradually even after a partial refit. too expensive for what you get, inconsistency in room allocations as they are different on the 3rd floor and very small

I loved how close everything was, with the town's charming sights and the inviting Oban Marina just a short stroll away. It made exploring so enjoyable on foot.

The windows didn't open in our room and it was very hot. The hotel couldn't provide a fan. We couldn't sleep because it was too hot.
